Join Team River Runner - Fredericksburg Chapter for a relaxed, off-season refresher of swiftwater rescue skills led by the great instructor and guide, Jeff Cogle. Whether you’re brand new to rescue concepts or just looking to shake the rust off, all experience levels are welcome.

We’ll kick things off with a potluck dinner at 1800- bring a dish to share - then jump into the hands-on fun around 1845. The evening will cover knots, wading techniques, mechanical advantage systems, foot entrapment scenarios, and more.
