Join Team River Runner Fredericksburg Chapter and Irreverent Warriors Fredericksburg for a special Community Paddle - a day of connection, camaraderie, and river time with fellow veterans and supporters.

This event is open to all veterans, service members, and their families - no paddling experience needed!

This is a free event thanks to the missions of TRR and IW - but registration is required so we can plan gear and logistics.

-You will be required to sign a TRR waiver/release/code of conduct to participate in this event.

-You will be required to wear a PFD (lifejacket) at all times while on the water.

-TRR will provide all necessary gear (kayaks, paddles, PFDs), safety instruction, and on-water support.

-We’ll paddle a scenic section of the Rappahannock River and enjoy some laid-back time on the water together.

What to Expect:

-Beginner-friendly paddle session

-Gear provided free of charge

-Guidance from experienced TRR instructors

-Plenty of laughs and community-building with the IW crew

What to Bring:

-Water, snacks/lunch, sunscreen, and river-appropriate clothing

-Secure closed toed shoes

-Dry clothes and towel for after the session

-A positive attitude and sense of humor
